By using Zovan you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. What Zovan is

Zovan is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. We do not own, sell, inspect or deliver any item listed. Every deal is directly between the buyer and the seller.

2. Your account

• You must be 18 or older.
• Give true information, including a mobile number you actually use.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account.

3. Posting ads

• Only post items you own or have the right to sell, with honest descriptions, prices and real photos.
• Do not post illegal, stolen, counterfeit or dangerous items, weapons, drugs, adult content, or anything that breaks Indian law.
• Do not post spam, duplicate ads or misleading content.
• We may review, edit, reject or remove any ad, and block accounts that break these rules.

4. Safety

• Meet in a safe public place and check the item before paying.
• Never pay in advance to someone you have not met. Never share OTPs, UPI PINs or bank passwords.
• For vehicles, verify the RC, insurance and ownership documents before buying.
• Report suspicious ads or users using the Report option.

5. Liability

Zovan is provided "as is". We are not responsible for the quality, safety or legality of listed items, the truth of ads, or any loss arising from deals between users.

6. Termination

You can stop using Zovan anytime. We may suspend or delete accounts that misuse the platform.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
